| A total of 54 slips ranging in size from 30 to 65 feet
in length to annual leaseholders while maintaining extensive transient dockage. We
are able to accommodate yachts exceeding 120 feet in length while drawing up to
12 feet in depth. One of only three marinas in Annapolis able to provide
dockage to large motor and sailing yachts. Our 240' of open bulkhead space
is a rarity in the Annapolis area and we have found that Catamaran owners especially
appreciate our dockage. Each slip has 30 to 100 amp electric, water, cable
television and telephone service. Public restrooms and showers. On-site
marine pump out station for stored waste available to transients and annual slip
